The following terms and conditions apply to work done by trainers and consultants of LEAD training & development international.

LEAD shall provide trainings as offered in writing to clients. The client shall confirm acceptance of offer in writing, by fax or by e-mail. Once confirmed  the offer is a fixed booking and subject to cancellation fees if altered by the client: 100% of the fees if the training is cancelled within 2 weeks prior to scheduled date, 50% if cancelled between 2 and 4 weeks, postponing a training within 2 weeks of scheduled date a 50% fee shall apply. Should LEAD be prevented from carrying out the trainings, clients will be informed in advance. LEAD accepts no liability for costs incurred to the client through cancellation of trainings and cancellation fees shall apply.

Fees shall be charged in line with the submitted offers. Fees and expenses are due 14 days after completion of the conducted trainings.

LEAD will seek payment of all reasonable expenses involved in travelling to and from a client location and staying at that location including air travel -business class, airport transfer fees, car hire - mid range vehicle class, taxis, hotel accommodation 4 or 5 star, mileage for a private car – 0,4 Euro/km.

LEAD confirms being obliged to discretion and secrecy concerning confidential private or business related informations of their clients.

By confirming bookings with LEAD the client is deemed to have accepted all the above terms and conditions.

We do not collect any information about you through the Web Site unless you enter the information as part of a comment or an inquiry requesting information. We will not disclose personally identifiable information about you to third parties unless such actions are required to troubleshoot problems with the Web Site or to protect LEAD’s rights and interests in accordance with the Terms of Use or applicable law.

Exclusion of liability

LEAD expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, if express or implied, including, but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-

The information included in or available through the Web Site may include inaccuracies or typographical errors, and LEAD makes no warranty to the contrary.
LEAD is not responsible for the content, security or privacy practices employed by other Web Sites linked to LEAD’s Web Site.
